1. Delivery Options & Rates

We provide two convenient shipping methods tailored to your schedule:

• Standard UK Delivery (3–5 Working Days): £5.99 (Free on orders over £150). Delivered via trusted courier partners with tracking and electronic proof of delivery.

• Express UK Delivery (1–2 Working Days): £12.50. Prioritized dispatch and handling. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays). Standard orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.

• Order Cut-Off: The daily cut-off time for Express delivery processing is 12:00 PM (GMT).

• Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our secure facility.

3. Delivery Coverage & Restrictions

• Coverage: We ship to all valid residential and business addresses across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Remote locations (such as the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands) may take 1–2 additional working days.

• Signature Requirement: Due to the fragile and high-value nature of our products, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.

4. Fragile Transit Guarantee & Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your luxury tableware arrives in pristine condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt at shanbrod@saonuilimited.com with photos of the items and packaging.

• We will immediately arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
